As the chief executive officer of CareProfiler, Dr. Johansson serves as a strategic partner to health and human service organizations on their people issues. Dr. Johansson consults to organizations on selection system design, executive assessments, 360 feedback, and leadership coaching.
Prior to founding CareProfiler, Dr. Johansson co-developed and validated multiple selection tools for screening line staff in healthcare settings. Since 2004, the selection tools Dr. Johansson co-created have been used to screen over 300,000 candidates nationwide. In his past work, Dr. Johansson consulted to a variety of organizations, including the Minnesota Department of Transportation, MN Department of Human Services, MN State Patrol, and CHS.
Dr. Johansson holds Master's and Doctoral degrees in Counseling Psychology with emphases in Psychometric Assessment, Forensic Assessment, and Organizational Psychology. Dr. Johansson also teaches graduate level Psychological Assessment at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
