The Leadership Development Assessment is a comprehensive, multi-dimensional assessment of a leader or manager. The assessment involves objective testing proctored by a psychometrist, personality inventories, behavioral interview, and business simulation.
The results are interpreted by one of our doctoral-level psychologists who delivers verbal feedback along with a Prior-to-Hire Report. The Prior-to-Hire Report includes an executive summary, written narrative, competency ratings and review, and three onboarding recommendations allowing you to select the best leader for your organization's goals.
